Lori Coulter Aronsohn, Realtor®
Lori Aronsohn is a seasoned Los Angeles real estate professional with deep roots across the city. She began her career representing luxury homes in the Hollywood Hills and on the Westside, where she grew up, then expanded across the San Fernando Valley, where she raised her family and still lives. Her love of the law drew her to probate and trust real estate, and she is now the agent families call to sell a property held in probate or trust. Known for exceptional communication, skilled negotiation, and concierge-level service, Lori markets each home to sell at or above full market value — guiding every client with warmth and care through what is often a difficult time. Having lived from Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica to Westwood, Encino, Valley Village, and Studio City, she brings a firsthand understanding of Los Angeles and its neighborhoods. Her background in writing and photography gives her marketing a creative, detail-minded edge.
Patricia Holguin So, Realtor®
A native Angeleno and Realtor® since 2012, Patricia So brings more than fourteen years of experience, a deep knowledge of Los Angeles neighborhoods, and a personal, hands-on approach to every client. From the Eastside to Santa Monica — with roots in Studio City since 2001 — she understands what makes each community unique. Patricia specializes in helping families through the often emotional process of selling a home held in probate or trust. With her partner, Lori Aronsohn, she personally oversees every step — preparing and marketing the property, evaluating offers, and guiding clients through escrow — so that what can feel overwhelming becomes clear, organized, and manageable. Known for her patience, compassion, and attentive communication, Patricia takes the time to listen and understand each client’s needs. A background in sales at NBCUniversal, paired with strong negotiation skills, lets her deliver thoughtful guidance and consistent results. Fluent in Spanish, she is committed to helping clients move through important life transitions with care and confidence.
